Uppsala Biobank offers advice, guidance, and information on topics such as:
- Biobank legislation and biobank samples
- Completing the biobank application and its accompanying documents, including Material Transfer Agreements (MTA)
- Biobank-related sections in ethical applications and research participant information
- Practical matters such as sample handling, tubes, labels, and freezers for collecting biobank samples

- Transport of biological material
- Healthcare-integrated biobank services
